SC Johnson is the global leader in pest control products. They came to Love & The Machine to extend their Safe for Families portfolio by redesigning a liquid-electric plug-in for the global market. What SCJ saw as product benefits: continuous protection, overnight usage, high efficacy, parents saw as potential barriers to use. L&TM knew the key was to identify a universal, emotional,  human connection, even in a category that is functionally driven
